  I’ve just had my yearly top‑up and honestly, Lucy is amazing at what she does! My brows are always perfection when I leave - they lasted so well over the whole year. I was genuinely excited to come back for another year of great brows 🙌🏼 On top of that, Lucy is such a lovely human being. She talks you through every step so you always know what’s happening, she’s super attentive, and she puts you at ease the moment you walk in 🫶🏼 You won’t want to go anywhere else!

  When I had my brows done for the first time Lucy put me at ease. Everything was explained to me including after care. Went yesterday for top up, again everything explained. So pleased with my brows again. Lucy is professional, caring and a genuine lovely person. Totally recommend.
