0% commission.Every feature. Every plan.
Online booking, payments, client records, your website and loyalty, from $19 a month.
Booking and diary
Live times, team rules and a diary that only offers work you can take.
Online booking
A client books from your website or your Cobbtree profile. The time they see is one the diary can take.
Calendar
The day is the diary your team works from. Move an appointment and the time it leaves becomes free.
Working hours
Set the hours each person works, and the site they are at. Nothing is offered outside that.
Breaks and blocked time
Lunch, training, holiday and a blocked hour sit in the diary. Clients cannot book over them.
Processing time
Colour needs the chair. It does not always need the stylist stood next to it. The diary holds one and frees the other.
Waitlist
If the day is full, they join the list. When a booking is cancelled, the next person waiting for that service and that day is told.
Notes on the visit
Write what happened on the appointment. The next person opens it with the client, not from a card in a drawer.
Clients and communication
History, forms, notes and reviews on the same person.
History
Appointments, spend and cancellations stay on the record. You are not rebuilding the person each time they book.
Consultation forms
The form goes out before the appointment. The answers are there when they arrive.
Notes
The formula, the last cut, the thing they asked for. It is written on the visit, and it is still there next time.
Photos
Pictures stay on the client, with the notes, so the next person is not starting from memory.
Reviews
Ask after a completed visit. Someone who cancelled, or never came, cannot leave one.
Client messaging
Confirmations, reminders and replies, linked to the client and the appointment.
Booking confirmations
Email, text, and a push on the app when they have it.
Appointment reminders
One before the visit, and a second closer to the time if you want it.
Changes and cancellations
A new time, a different person, or a cancellation goes out the same way. They are not left with the old time.
Deposits and payment links
A text can confirm a deposit. If a balance is due, the text includes a link back to the booking.
Conversations
They message you, you reply. It stays on the client, in Cobbtree, not in a personal text thread.
Offers and campaigns
An offer or a campaign goes by email or text. Those sends stay separate from appointment reminders. Campaigns are not app push.
Checkout and payments
Deposits, pay in full, the till, Tap to Pay, cash and split payments.
Point of sale
Services and retail sit on the same ticket. You are not starting a new sale at the desk.
Deposits
The deposit, or the card saved against the policy, sits on the booking.
Tap to Pay
A contactless card on iPhone, without a separate reader in your hand.
A desk reader
Cobbtree Terminal takes a card on a reader at the desk when you want one there.
Cash and split payments
Cash, card and a split sit on the same ticket. Record the way they actually paid.
Tips, receipts and refunds
The tip, the receipt and a refund stay with the sale.
Team and operations
Roles, PIN switching, working hours, commission rules and cash-up.
Role permissions
Control which parts of the business each role can view and change.
PIN switching
Move between people on a shared front-desk iPad.
Working hours
Regular hours, breaks, leave, and the site they are at that day.
Commission rules
Store the service and retail rules you agreed for that person.
Pay overview
Those rules and the sales become a figure you can export.
Cash-up
Check the drawer against the payments recorded that day.
Website, marketing and loyalty
The included website, your marketplace profile, offers, loyalty and campaigns.
Four website designs
Atelier, Editorial, Studio or Social, on a Cobbtree address. Your own domain is an optional yearly add-on.
Marketplace profile
Photos, the team, services and live times, so a new client can book without a message.
Offers
A set price, or a gap you want filled, shown where people already book.
Campaigns
Email, and SMS from the texts on your plan. Marketing sends stay separate from appointment reminders.
Gift cards
Sell a gift card online or in the business. The balance sits on the client.
Packages and memberships
A course of visits, or a monthly plan. The balance and the renewal stay with the client.
Loyalty
Points, stamps and tiers, on their own or together. The Apple Wallet card is the card they carry.
Inventory and retail
Products, stock by location, suppliers, counts and the till.
Product catalogue
Price, barcode, brand and what it sells for.
Stock by location
The number held at each site, not one pile for the whole business.
Suppliers
Supplier details sit with the products they send.
Stock counts
Count the shelf against the system and record the difference.
Transfers
When stock moves between sites, the transfer records where it left and where it arrived.
Retail on the ticket
Sell it with the appointment. The stock, the sale and the client stay together.
Reporting
Sales, appointments, the team, clients and stock from the same records.
Sales and finance
Revenue, payment methods, tax and refunds.
Appointments
How full the diary was, cancellations and no-shows.
Team
The work and the sales by person, from the bookings and the till.
Clients
How often people come back, from the visits on the record.
Inventory
What sold and what is left, from the stock and the till.
Saved library
Keep the reports you actually open, instead of hunting the full list each morning.
Multi-location
Separate diaries and stock, shared clients, and one view of the business.
Location diaries
A working day per site. Times on the website are for the site the client picked.
The team across sites
Someone can be scheduled at more than one location. The diary only offers them where they are working that day.
Location stock
Hold stock at the site, and transfer it with a record of both ends.
Location reporting
Look at one site, or at the whole business.
Shared clients
The person is one record, whichever door they use.
Apple Wallet
The membership card on the iPhone the client already carries.
Apple Wallet
They add the card once. It stays on the iPhone they bring to the appointment.
Points
Points earned on a visit sit on the same client the till already uses.
Stamps
Stamps mark the visits you choose, on that same card.
Tiers
Tiers can run with points and stamps, or on their own.
The visit updates it
A visit that earns or redeems updates the card, because loyalty lives on the client record.
