What a short appointment still has to get right

  • A first visit with no patch testWaxing and laser both need the patch test first. Booking the treatment as the first thing they can click is the wrong order.
  • A course that lives on a paper cardSix sessions sold, then ticked off at the desk, fall over when the card is in a drawer and the client is at the door.
  • A lip wax in a laser slotThe timings are not the same. A diary that uses one default length will stack the day wrong.

The test, the session, the course

  • Patch test, then the treatmentThey are separate services. The diary holds the test before the first wax or laser session, for the person who does that work.
  • A course with sessions leftPackages keep the remaining sessions on the client. The next booking uses one, instead of a tally on paper.
  • Short waxing, long laserEach service has its own duration and its own deposit rule. A lip wax is not offered a laser-length gap.
  • Reaction from last timeNotes on the client say what you used and how the skin responded. Pay in full for the course, or take each session at the till.

0% commission.

Cobbtree does not take a cut of a booking, a gift card or a membership. You pay the monthly plan. Card payments go through your own Stripe account.
