What a bridal date cannot afford to lose

A trial and a wedding months apart

Both dates matter. If only the trial is in the diary, the wedding morning is a note in a message thread.

Ella's record with visits, spend and her last three visits.

Travel that is not on the book

Getting to the venue takes time. If the diary only holds the makeup, you are late before you start.

The till on the appointment, services and a product on one ticket.

Bridal work with no deposit

The date is gone if they cancel. A Saturday in June does not refill from a waitlist the week before.

Olivia's single column for Tuesday, from 9am to 4pm.

Both dates, and the trial notes

Trial and wedding on the diary

Each is a booking, against the artist who is doing the work. The client can book the times you have actually left open.

Processing time: processing time on a colour

The duration includes getting there

You set how long the appointment holds you. On-location work can take the travel as well as the makeup.

A clean visit timeline with service, person and spend.

A deposit when they book the date

Take it online with the booking. The rest can be paid in full before the day, or on the day.

Services and retail together on one ticket.

What you tried, before the morning

Notes and photos from the trial sit on the client. You are not rebuilding the look from a chat.

The product detail screen.

0% commission.

Cobbtree does not take a cut of a booking, a gift card or a membership. You pay the monthly plan. Card payments go through your own Stripe account.

Every feature on every plan.

One, Studio and Max include the same tools. The plans differ by team size, locations and the SMS included, not by which features you can switch on.

Online booking

Clients book a time that is actually free, from your website or your Cobbtree profile.

Diary and team rules

Only people who do that service are offered, for the length you set, including processing time.

Deposits

Take a deposit, or save a card, under the cancellation policy the client accepts.

Pay in full or at the till

Take the money when they book, or at the chair. Cash, card and a split sit on one ticket.

Reminders

Booking emails go out with the appointment. SMS uses the texts included on your plan.

Website

Four designs: Atelier, Editorial, Studio and Social, on a Cobbtree address. Your own domain is an optional yearly add-on.

Marketplace profile

Photos, the team, services and live times, so a new client can book without a message.

Offers

A set price, or a gap you want filled, shown where clients already book.

Loyalty

Points, stamps and tiers, on their own or together, on the same client record as the visit.

Apple Wallet card

Clients add their membership card to Apple Wallet and open it on the iPhone they already carry.

Gift cards, packages and memberships

Sell a future visit or a monthly plan. The balance and the renewal sit with the client.

Tap to Pay

Inventory

Retail goes on the same ticket as the appointment. Stock moves when it is sold.

Reporting

Sales, appointments, the team and stock, from the bookings and payments you already took.

Multi-location

A diary and stock per site, one client record, and a report for the whole business.
