What a mixed spa week gets tangled

A package that needs two rooms

A morning in the spa is more than one treatment. If each room is booked on its own, the package falls apart at reception.

Ella's record with visits, spend and her last three visits.

A class that takes one person too many

When the room is full, it is full. A diary that keeps offering the class is how someone ends up without a space.

The till on the appointment, services and a product on one ticket.

A membership the desk cannot open

If the membership or the class pack lives in a spreadsheet, the person on the desk is guessing what the client has already paid for.

Olivia's single column for Tuesday, from 9am to 4pm.

One diary for the rooms, the class and the desk

People and rooms that are both free

A treatment only shows a time when the therapist and the room are available. A package does not offer a slot the rooms cannot cover.

The product detail screen.

A class stops when it is full

The class has a capacity. Online booking does not take another person once that number is reached, and the teacher is not also booked into a treatment.

Appointment reminders: a reminder

Memberships and packages on the client

Remaining sessions and the membership sit on the record, including a card they can keep in Apple Wallet. They are used when the client books.

Online booking: booking a live time

Retail at the end of the treatment

Add the product to the same ticket. Stock moves when it is sold. Pay for the package online, or take the extras at the desk, including Tap to Pay.

Processing time: processing time on a colour

0% commission.

Cobbtree does not take a cut of a booking, a gift card or a membership. You pay the monthly plan. Card payments go through your own Stripe account.

Every feature on every plan.

One, Studio and Max include the same tools. The plans differ by team size, locations and the SMS included, not by which features you can switch on.

Online booking

Clients book a time that is actually free, from your website or your Cobbtree profile.

Diary and team rules

Only people who do that service are offered, for the length you set, including processing time.

Deposits

Take a deposit, or save a card, under the cancellation policy the client accepts.

Pay in full or at the till

Take the money when they book, or at the chair. Cash, card and a split sit on one ticket.

Reminders

Booking emails go out with the appointment. SMS uses the texts included on your plan.

Website

Four designs: Atelier, Editorial, Studio and Social, on a Cobbtree address. Your own domain is an optional yearly add-on.

Marketplace profile

Photos, the team, services and live times, so a new client can book without a message.

Offers

A set price, or a gap you want filled, shown where clients already book.

Loyalty

Points, stamps and tiers, on their own or together, on the same client record as the visit.

Apple Wallet card

Clients add their membership card to Apple Wallet and open it on the iPhone they already carry.

Gift cards, packages and memberships

Sell a future visit or a monthly plan. The balance and the renewal sit with the client.

Tap to Pay

Take a contactless card on iPhone. A desk reader is there when you want one.

Inventory

Retail goes on the same ticket as the appointment. Stock moves when it is sold.

Reporting

Sales, appointments, the team and stock, from the bookings and payments you already took.

Multi-location

A diary and stock per site, one client record, and a report for the whole business.
