Hardware Terms

They cover readers and accessories listed on the Cobbtree hardware storefront. They do not cover Stripe processing fees, the Cobbtree software subscription, or Apple/Google device features.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept when we take payment and confirm the order. The contract is between the business and COZQ Limited. Catalogue prices are net plus VAT unless marked otherwise. Payment is taken using the business billing method on the Cobbtree platform Stripe account.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk pass on delivery to the address you gave unless Stripe's hardware terms say otherwise for a Stripe-fulfilled item. You must check the package on arrival.

Readers are intended for use with Stripe Terminal on your connected account. You must follow Stripe's terminal terms. We do not promise that every Cobbtree app binary includes every tap-to-pay entitlement. Some features require Apple, Google or Stripe to enable them.

B2B sales do not carry consumer cooling-off rights. Faulty goods may be repaired, replaced or refunded as the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and related law require. Contact [email protected] promptly. Unopened returns are at our discretion.

Hardware liability is subject to the Business Terms liability cap, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, and other liability that cannot be limited. Related: Business Terms, Payments Terms.
